What to get in touch about

A price on the board is wrong

The most useful email we get. Send the link to the listing and what the retailer's own page actually says, and it will be corrected or removed. No need to be polite about it.

You are a retailer or affiliate manager

Enquiries about listing a store, a feed, or a partnership go to the same address. Say which brand you represent and which network you run your program through.

You want a listing removed

If you are the retailer or brand owner and want a listing taken down, email the link and the reason. Removals are actioned quickly and no argument is required.

Privacy: access, correction or deletion

To see what personal information the site holds about you, correct it, or have it deleted, email the address above with the email address you signed up with. See the privacy policy for what is held and for how long.

Stopping price-drop emails

Every alert email has an unsubscribe link in its footer that works without logging in, and it stops all alerts immediately. If one ever fails, email [email protected] and it will be done manually.

Copyright or takedown

Product titles, images and prices come from retailer feeds and public product pages. If something on the board should not be there, email the link and the reason.

Who you are contacting

Tasman Bargain Board is independent. It is not a retailer, does not sell anything, does not take payment from readers, and does not handle orders, delivery, returns or warranties. Anything to do with a purchase you made needs to go to the store you bought it from.
